Manual volumetric flap filler KL1 is intended for packing of loose product e.g. crystal sugar, rice, poppy, coffee beans, peas, lentils and some kind of pastas, granulates etc. This filling device is standard, developed especially as the filling device for packaging machine of MH type, in which case the control of filler is provided by the packaging machine. It can be used also as an independent filling device with outside control panel, or it can be adjusted as the filling device for packaging machine of another producer, or other construction. The portion is made by mean of one measuring cup. The measuring cup is filled by product. Full measuring cup is closed by flap from below to prevent scuffing of ware during its transport. When the flap opens over the hopper, the product pours out. According to product we can supply various types of hoppers. According to kind of the product being filled, we can also supply various types of feeding hopper. For filling of the feeding hopper is optimal to use feeding conveyor VD. |
