Weighing semi-automatic filling machine NP1 is intended for packing of loose, heavy loose and small pieces of product into the firm cylindrical packing. Machine is equipped with mechanical-pneumatic driving mechanism. The semi-automatic filling machine is equipped with control system ASTRO that is made from components of renowned companies. The system is resistant to short circuit. Cylindrical sleeve is inserted on the feeding belt that transfers the sleeve to the feeding carousel. There the pneumatic setting is made and dosing from filler. Then the full cylindrical sleeve is unblocked and moved over on discharge belt. As the full sleeve is moving out, empty sleeve comes and the whole cycle repeats. Closing device UZ1 is supplied as accessory. Optionally we can supply marking device that prints additional data through ink tape on closing cap. As a filling device it is possible to install digital dosing weigher of MV type, screw doser SD1, volume flap doser KL1, friction volumetric dosing device MD2, or other dosing device. For transport of product into the feeding hopper of the dosing device is optimal to use feeding conveyor of VD type |
