Semi-automatic weighing machine NP3ao is intended for dosing of loose, heavy loose and small pieces products to cylindrical packings. Machine is equipped by mechanical – pneumatic drives. Cylindrical packings are put on rotary table and from there they move on feeding conveyor. The feeding conveyor conveys packing to feeding carousel. There 2 cups push into rotary carousel and the portion is measured. After filling the packing is released and it moves by means of discharge conveyor to capping device. Closing is made by pressing of caps on two full packings in time. Caps go to capping device from two vibration reservoirs. When one packing is moving out from carousel, the empty one is fed and the whole cycle repeats. For conveying of wares to doser hopper is recommended to use feeding conveyors of VD type. |
